Return & Refund Policy – KaleshCo

KaleshCo is a proprietorship company operating via kaleshco.in. All our products are made-to-order, printed and customized upon receiving your order. Because of this, we follow a no return and no refund policy, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products purchased from KaleshCo are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Since each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Personal preference (color, fit, design)

We strongly recommend reviewing product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

2. Exceptions (Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product)

We will only offer a replacement (not refund) in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a defective item

  • You receive the wrong product

3. Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery

  • Email us at kaleshcompany.com@gmail.com

  • Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the request.

4. Approval & Resolution

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be processed

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost (if claim is valid)

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Size issues if correct size was dispatched

  • Normal wear and tear

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, as production begins immediately.
